In celebration of Filipino American History Month, Alderwoman Leni Manaa-Hoppenworth will read Time to Shine followed by a panel with author Stephanie Vivit Lehmann, clinical psychologist Dr. Stacey Litam, and educational consultant Dr. Roel Vivit. Copies of the book will be available after the panel. All ages are welcome!
